Chicago- Fox TV Thursday AM!! Photos I

What a fun way to start the day!! Richard was at his best with the fabulous Fox Chicago Team live.

Prepping for "On the Air"

Ready, in 5-4-3-2-1. The anchor, Tamron Hall, grills Richard. "Are you for real?!"

Tamron introduces a member of the audience who won a chance to talk with Richard on the air. Judy's daughter, Kari, actually entered her Mom in the Fox contest!

Richard and his new Ladies (and Crazy Hat)!

(No, neither one is eligible for the Journey...)

Earlier in make up.

Walking to the set with Senior Producer Michelle Lewis-Mekky. She said it was the most fun segment she has produced in eleven years!

In the "green" room.

Judy's daugher, Kari. Did you know about 25% of the correspondance Richard received was from daughters talking about their Moms? That made this extra special. Judy and Kari will be joining us on the Odyssey Cruise tomorrow compliments of Ron of the Odyssey.

Our Event even got a mention in the society column of the Chicago Sun Times this morning!

Okay, off to get ready for dinner.

Ciao!

Some Chicago Updates!! Monday, Sept 26

Hello Ladies,

Entertainment for after the "Early Arrival Dinner", Thursday, September 29th at 9:30PM, State Ballroom, Palmer House Hilton Hotel!

Presenting, "The Sturgis Improv Group!" This entertaining group of comedians will have you rolling in the aisles with their special brand of improv comedy. They've been studying Richard and the Senior Bachelor endeavor so who knows what will come up. We'll also have some Great Door Prizes from our Senior Bachelor supporters to give away as well.

So plan to spend a rollicking evening with Richard at the Improv!

Also, the photography company at the Odyssey, Sharpshooters, says they will include a 4x6 copy of a group shot in the $10 special Senior Bachelor package! They said that once we get on board on Friday evening we immediately proceed up to the Observation Deck where they will take the group photo. The photos will be displayed for purchase when we disembark.

I've updated the "Meet the SB" page with all the Chicago information including the agenda. When you register, you will be provided a detailed Agenda and maps of all the meeting rooms. Remember, registration begins at 9:00AM on Friday but is available all day long. Same with Saturday.

More later!

PS- Keep an eye on the weather. It looks like we may luck out! Don't forget to pack an umbrella just in case.

SCROLLITIS PREVENTION

OK, ok, here's a new blog. Umberto just left and we are finally all caught up in the cataloging of videos, biographies, and other information. Joe is always spending some part of his day, or all day, on SB website work, and other SB tasks, however most of Sunday's are family days with his lovely wife Nancy and two children Jimmy and Taylor. I continue to screen videos and work on the Newsletter and work on Chicago plans. There is nothing new-you know as much information about Chicago as we do. So.....that's it for now. Best wishes to all. RR
