Valentine's Day

Yes, that's today, February 14, and for most single folks this is not an easy day. Having said that, I cannot tell you how many people have e-mailed me and have discussed being single and wishing they were in a healthy, loving, committed relationship, but also say that being single is better than being in an abusive or lousy non-loving, non-respectful relationship.
