Hello from Manhattan Beach

It was with more than a little sadness saying goodbye to the terrific ten ladies from the first meeting of the Fabulous Finalists. We had a great time and I would like to thank each and every one for their marvelous deportment. The second group of thirteen women arrived Wednesday afternoon, and after meeting at the Hotel Ayres, we went to the beach and walked for 30 minutes to my friend's beach house and had a fun barbecue and get-together.

An updated version of the Newsletter that was sent out Tuesday, will go out shortly, and will talk about the soiree at Harry Winston's and some interesting photos. Best wishes for now, Richard Roe

Hello From The Senior Bachelor

Hi, I am sorry I have not been active on the blog or in answering e-mails, but it has been delightfully busy these past few days. We just finished a long bike ride from Manhattan Beach to Hermosa Beach to Redondo Beach and back. Yesterday's trip to Venice Beach, the Santa Monica Pier and the Third Street Promenade was loads of fun, as was a superior dinner at Fonz' in Manhattan Beach. Tonight after dinner at Club Sushi In Hermosa Beach, we will check out the Halloween sights. Tomorrow is a big day on Rodeo Drive and the highlight will be a private showing at Harry Winston's of their best jewelry. All of the ladies have been great to be with, and well, we'll see..........Best wishes for now, Richard Roe P.S. I expect information on the Alaskan cruises within the next 2 weeks.
