No doubt you are VERY PROUD to see your Mom as one of the Six Finalists and in Brazil. A few of us have 'travelled' with ROEmancin ROEmeo(Richard), Joe and Posse since Richard first appeared on Oprah in April. Welcome to the blog and enjoy the camraderie which has been amazing throughout these past months and still is!

I'll trade you weather in Rio for the weather in Seattle. I left Anchorage, Alaska Tuesday evening, and the snow followed me. It's snowing in Seattle, so enjoy the hot, humid weather. Looks like everyone is having a good time. I'm sure I can fix Umberto up with a female friend in Chile. I have several single female friends if he wants to meet them. Enjoy the rest of your travels. I enjoy the photos and info.

Hummmm, just wondering...what has happened to Soft Rain? Has anyone heard from her? She seems to have suddenly disappeared since Richard departed on his adventure. Where is her uplifting humor and subtle words of wisdom?

Don't YOU give me grief about going over the rail. Wasn't that YOU who sent me a picture of you bunging jumping out of a cable car between two mountains in Switzerland??? I think it was something like the highest bunge jump in the world?? And then...... I didn't hear fom you again for like a month?? I think (??) I can take care of myself. I'd give Richard that french kiss, or Latin or Italian, or Brazilian, or whatever kind you choose from any country you choose if I could only CATCH him. It's like trying to catch a fly with chopsticks!!! Maybe that's why I felt compelled to throw myself over the balcony!! I'll try again tomorrow.........

I just got to see the pictures from Rio. The country is beautiful and you all look like you are having a great time. Is great to see. RichardI am going for an MRI Mon. and will get scheduled for pinched nerves surgury so I should be fit as a fiddle for Alaska so will you save a dance for me,please?????? I really wanted to dance with you in Chicago but I was on loratab for the pain and was having to make myself go. Thanks for the pictures. I bet you three are having the time of your life. You know me....don't worry about the bridges, rails, etc.......I'll be safe......well....maybe!
You know as well as anybody how much I love to cook but I'd quit for good if I could just eat this Brazilian food for the rest of my life!! And the fresh fruit......unbelievable!! I have "pigged out" every day...every meal!! I told Umberto that if he needs any bathing suit beach shots he'd better get them in the next five minutes!!! One more second past that and they'll be NO chance! I think Richard feels the same. Umberto, well, now he's another story.....3% body fat....or something like that.....just down right sinful!! He eats everything you put in front of him including your arm if he happens to be hungry and there's no food around. We now carry snacks for him when we are "in route" just in case he starts to get quiet.....that's the sign!!!!! Tuck in your limbs!!!
Having a blast!! My TWO men are the perfect traveling partners!!
