- Videotape telling me about yourself and why you feel you and I would be a great travel partner match for each other. This videotape cannot be longer than 3 minutes. Video tapes will not be returned. By submitting your tapes, you agree that they may be used in any manner or media worldwide as determined solely by me, including, but not limited to, a future episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show and its promotion. VHS format is greatly preferred. However, Mini-DV, DVD and 8mm will also be accepted.
- Biography similar to the one I wrote shown on the Contest page.
- Recent photo of any size. Please use a paper clip and attach it to your biography.
