For you in this issue:
  • Great Senior Bachelor Rates- Cruise #1, "Zaandam"
  • Great Senior Bachelor Rates- Cruise #2, "Westerdam"
  • How to Book Your Senior Bachelor Group Cruise!
  • Cruise Summary
  •

    Dear Fellow Cruisers,

    WOW! Here we go. As I have mentioned so many times before I love to travel. I really enjoy poring over the details of a trip and planning it as much as actually going on it. Planning the Senior Bachelor Group Cruises has been no different!

    Not only will we be experiencing a first class cruise line, Holland America (your #1 pick!) with Five Star dining, entertainment, activities and an amazing itinerary to Alaska packed with views and Adventure-- we get to have our own group parties, events and meetings. It's like all we have done so far rolled up into one HUGE seven day extravaganza!!

    Take a look at the ships we will be on:

    And here are the respective itineraries:

    Zaandam Sailing- August 11-18, 2006 From and To Seattle!

    Westerdam Sailing- August 20-27, 2006 To and From Seattle!

    And like we all saw when we negotiated our special Senior Bachelor Group rates for the hotels at the Meet the Senior Bachelor Events in Manhattan Beach and Chicago, for the Odyssey Cruise and for all the great group dinners-- together, as a group, we negotiated much better rates! This is no different. Here are just some of the great EXTRAS I was able to negotiate for our group:

    • A FREE hosted cocktail party!
    • Special gatherings just for our group!
    • Our own, dedicated Senior Bachelor Group "Personal Cruise Consultant!"
    • Group seating at dinner!
    • Special party events just for us (think "Crazy Hat Party")!

    You've seen how much FUN we've had together at all of our Events (click here to see photos!!) And, if you have ever been on a cruise, and particularly a Holland America Cruise, I'm sure you had a great time. Imagine how much more FUN, entertaining and meaningful it is going to be to go with a group of friends and share all these great times! And, our Senior Bachelor group rates for the cruise are less than what you will find by booking yourself on Holland America's own website.

    Look at all the exclusive Senior Bachelor entertainment I have planned when you book your cruise with the Senior Bachelor Group: (Note: you will only be able to attend these events if you book through the Senior Bachelor Group)

    • The first big extra will be small group meetings where I will share, for the first time, fantastic stories and never-before-seen photographs of The Royal Family of Monaco and famous movie-star guests. I was married to Grace Kelly's niece, and spent more than 15 visits to Monaco staying with The Royal Family in The Palace.
    • I will talk about my unique experiences with another of the world's great women- Oprah Winfrey and my two appearances on her Show.
    • I will be able to relate THE WHOLE STORY of Senior Bachelor as I will have returned from the world Journey by then- and maybe be joined by my special Perfect Traveling Companion!
    • I will also discuss the inner-workings of Hollywood, and how to make an Academy Award Semi-Finalist film, as my son Chris and I did with "POP&ME."
    • And don't forget, our terrific parties!!

    Again, you will only be able to attend these special group events if you book with the Senior Bachelor Group as explained below. And these cruises are open to anyone you wish to invite! So bring your family, friends and, most important, any men you know who would want to meet, literally, a "boat load" of wonderful women!!

    Following is the basic information for the (2) cruises to Alaska next summer. Please read it carefully and decide what best fits your calendar, tastes and budget. Prepare the information we talk about below, visit the Holland America website for more information, prepare any questions you may have and then call!

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you reserve your berth as soon as you can, as Alaska is amazing in the summer, and Holland America is a fantastic cruise line, and berths will go quickly.

    Here's what you should start thinking about before you contact us to book your cruise.

    1. If you already have a roommate lined up, this will avoid the single supplement charge, and you can book right away- call now!.
    2. If you want your own cabin, and will pay the single supplement, you can also book right away- call now!.
    3. If you want to book a cabin and want us to help you find a roommate, we can help do that for you. To start this process, simply REPLY to this email and put ROOMMATE in the subject line.

    Please understand that all funds are paid directly to Holland America and the $350 deposit is 100% refundable up until the end of May, so you have nothing to lose by making your reservation right away!!

    Other Items to Consider:

    Cancellation Policies

    For information about the Cancellation Policies- that is, if you decide to cancel your booking within 75 days of sailing, please click here or read below:

    Holland America Cancellation Policy

    For most cruises and cruisetours, a full refund (except for amounts paid for Cancellation Protection Plan) will be made for written cancellations received by Holland America, 300 Elliott Ave. West, Seattle, WA 98119 at least 76 days before the date on which you are to commence travel (by air, rail, sea or otherwise). Passengers who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following per-person cancellation fees:

    • 75-57 days before commencing travel: an amount equal to deposit requirement;

    • 56-29 days before commencing travel: 50% of gross fare;

    • 28-16 days before commencing travel: 75% of gross fare;

    • 15 days or less before commencing travel: 100% of gross fare.

    For certain cruises and cruisetours, different cancellation policies apply. Please consult the brochure for your cruise or cruisetour to confirm the applicable cancellation policy. Given that the resale of cancelled space will likely result in a lost opportunity to sell other space, these fees are due regardless of resale. Fees incurred as a result of cancellation cannot be applied to future bookings. Refunds will normally be made to your travel agent. Travel agents may impose their own cancellation fees. Agency fees of any nature are a matter to be decided on solely by the agency and passengers. Name changes require the prior approval of Holland America and may not always be possible. Cruise and Cruisetour Contracts are nontransferable. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
