Some have questioned why the blog of a few days ago talking about marginalization was removed. I removed it because I said in the blog that my newsletter-which came out yesterday-June 21, would talk about this. Due to some of the comments from this blog and after re-thinking it, I agreed that this was not the time nor the place for expressing these particular feelings. I will re-visit this at a later date. Please understand that when I see a comment that is inaccurate, or misleading, or offensive, or the like, I will remove it. I hope everybody reading these blogs and commenting have signed up for the newsletters. If not you will see how easy it is to do. This is the # 1 way to keep up to date with the events surrounding the Senior Bachelor endeavor. I would appreciate it if each week you would recommend the Newsletters to a friend who might enjoy them. Ciao, R. Roe

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for being so patient with me while I work through all this technology and logistics. The Senior Bachelor Newsletter has just been sent. I'd like to encourage everyone to sign up for it as it contains more and more information about our Search. It doesn't get posted to the website until a couple of days later so sign up now and get your free copy delivered right to your email box. You can use this link to sign up. I tried my best to include a copy of the People Magazine article- hopefully, you can read it.

As I mentioned in the Newsletter, the best way to communicate with me and others is through the blogs. I read each and every one and will endeavor to add my comments along the way. I like the way you ladies are conversing and supporting one another. That is very important and a wonderful added benefit of this adventure.

There a currently 4 messages on this page from me. At the end of each of these 4 messages you will see a # of comments. You click on there and it takes you to a page where you can add a blog and/or read the blogs. In order to read all of the blog write-ins, you have to click on the bottom right of my messages on the first page. I encourage you to read all of the blogs and to add your own. That is as long as you say nice things about The Senior Bachelor. Ha ha. Richard Roe

Today is Monday June 13. Do you notice how as we get older the time goes by so quickly?? I just wrote the first draft of a Newsletter to go out probably tomorrow. Today I wrote letters to people who have submitted tapes and biographies but did not send an e-mail address as requested. I said this was the only time I could "snail them" as it is very time consuming. I asked if they would somehow or another obtain an e-mail address if they wanted to communicate with me. Overall I am very pleased with how many wonderful, fantastic women have responded. Well over 6,000 e-mails, 99.9% supportive of this endeavor. Bye for today. Richard Roe AKA The Senior Bachelor P.S. I hope you will check the blog daily as I'll try to write most every day.

I notice this by people signing up for the newsletters. Last week a lot of people signed up from Indonesia, the week before the Philippines. Earlier this week many Dutch and two days ago many Irish. Oprah truly is amazing. Have a great weekend. Richard Roe AKA The Senior Bachelor
